[GAMEPLAY] Now that Rek'Sai is meta, can you please fix her bugs?

Right now, she has two major bugs that ruin her gameplay experience. One of them has been there for a very long time. Whenever you're cced by anything other than a slow while burrowed, her first auto will be a guaranteed attack like she's unburrowed and can make you lose a fight. The other one popped up recently, but there is a chance that Rek'Sai is locked out of multiple actions right after ulting. This usually occurs if the person doesn't die to her ult, but it has cost me a few fights because I was unable to auto them after ulting
