sion passive bug

i recently played a game as Sion, the enemy team had jinx

long story short

i got rooted by jinx, died when rage mode, got rooted again, this is a bug because jinx root should only work once per champion within a reasonable time frame, however it appears that it treats Sion and Rage Sion as 2 separate champions, this cost me a revenge kill because i got rooted a second time by the same spell, and based om how jinx root works this is a bug
