Riot penalized me for its mistake again

For the 105th time I had a perfectly normal queue and I accepted, then for no reason the entire screen went black and said "retrieving data" even though I was also able to stream Netflix at the time and no other program had any issues with lag for the entire day and I had to exit and get a leaving penalty, showing once again that Riot needs to fire these incompetent programmers and get real ones. Just lag? Yeah ok I could see that. But lag AND Riot has the audacity to blame me for it when it's a clear platform malfunction? Now that's just insulting.
