[PATCHER] Cant update the game after multiple atempts

I Uninstalled LoL this morning ( thinking I messed it up by installing Baron Replay and it turned out to be a server issue **-_- **): Now the pacther cant update the game; scans files for an hour, last time they ware 13 000 files in 16 000 folders, then gets stuck on 99%.

I close the patcher and run it again, I get an error message that patcher is already running. When i try to close the pacher from TaskM i notice that four of them are running.
