Queue Timer Froze And Can't FInd A Game

I have the 20 minute queue timer for dodging a game. At 20:38 it just froze. It wouldn't find a game but it kept trying to. I left queue to restart it (Sigh, another 20 minutes. Guess i shouldn't have played blind expecting a decent game.) and i'll see if it was just a one time thing. Update: I stopped trying to queue up. I had to leave the first one because something came up and the next one crashed meaning i would have spent an hour waiting for a game had i gone through with this queue so i'm just gonna go do other things. Maybe socialize with family or something (Ughh)

Hey! I have encountered the same problem and sent a support ticket. They have replied to me and my problem is now fixed, I am not sure if the solution they gave me will work for you but try this! If it does not work, send a ticket ASAP, it took them a while to reply to me. Good luck!

Go to your start menu and type in the search area, "Command Prompt"

Open Command Prompt and type msconfig and then hit enter

A window shall open, select Selective Startup and uncheck Load Startup items.

Click Apply, OK and then restart your PC.
