The "Ghost player" bug

So i have a friend on my main account that has a Riot who he is friends with, so he basically has as much IP as he wants, and he was changing his in-game name extremely often. And then it bugged out. When i hovered over his summoner name on my friend list, his info couldnt load. When i tried to search his profile, it said that that summoner doesnt exist. I couldnt even search him at OP.gg, LoLKing or any other summoner info website. He basically did not exist, but was still able to play and do things all players can do. When i asked him about it, he just simply fixed it with another name change. Then it turned out that he is a plat 2 ashe main, tho thats irrevelant. This bug actually really spooked me out, so i named it the ghost player bug. RITO PLS FIX
