[Champion Select] Cannot select champion

I encountered a bug that doesn't allow you to select a champion during your select rotation. Just before I joined the lobby during banning phase when players accept the queue, I disconnected and reconnected while in the chat. It made note of my DC in the chat log but everything appeared to be normal during the ban phase so I assumed nothing was wrong. However, at the third pick rotation, my rotation, I was unable to select any champion and next to my name appeared the yellow bolt closed by the blue triangle to indicate I was having connection issues, although I was able to chat with teammates in the 30 second window before I lost the game in MY SERIES. As a note: I have a consistent 60ping with no internet troubles. Anyone encounter this bug before?
