Changing the bottom secondary rune replaces the wrong rune.

Every time I try to change the bottom secondary to one from a different row, it will replace the top rune instead.

It will also invert the rune positions for no reason.

The only thing that makes me shout the N-word outside of gameplay. Just yet another sign of lack of interest and/or talent at Riot. People have been complaining about it since the new rune system was put in place.
