@Riot For the 4th time, Kayn's Q fails to cast when his E and basic attack are active simultaneously

This is most apparent when farming for monsters. Say you're in a wall with your E. You hit a monster with your basic attack and Q as soon as the blade connects. It fails. Your mana and cd are still affected. This is obviously not intended as you can still do this combo if you slow down.
