Champion capsule not appearing after level up

Upon leveling up to 63 (just a few minutes ago) my champion capsule did not appear in my loot inventory. Logging out and then logging back in fixed the issue but just so someone is aware that it's happening I wanted to post it here.

Honesty why are nobody replying to these I just got the same problem on my smurf.
