Viktors Ult disappearing after he dies

Right after the last patch ive been noticing this alot in games... Tested it with some other accounts too. Game breaking bug. Ult someone then be killed off and your ult will vanish too and not do any damage for the rest of its duration... Happened 6 times my last game i played.
