[GAMEPLAY] Seraph's Embrace visual bug

I have seen this occur multiple times now. Whenever an enemy uses Seraph's Embrace, they permanently gain the visual shield, but not the shield. This persists through death, and usage of Seraph's Embrace again.

Enemy fully stacks Archangel's Staff.
Enemy uses Seraph's Embrace.
Permanent visual bug.

It seems like if I die right after using seraphs embrace the visual sticks for the rest of the game pretty annoying and only started happening in the last few days since the eve patch
