Camille Bugs

Hello, I have been playing Camille on and off for last few months and noticed a pattern. It would seem to me her auto attack is not scaling with ad items. Some games I feel super good, minions die with ease. While other games around same time frame 5-15mins its impossible to push waves. It feels like something is wrong. Almost like my autos do nothing. Also I noticed a bug where if you e Garen it goes right through Garen and didn't proc stun. This happened multiply times. Another thing I noticed is if I do take attack speed quints some games after triforce my attack speed is not as fast as it is other games.

Riot can you please take a look at this and clean Camille up?

P.S Also can we please get some new skins for champions like illaoi, Camille, and kled? For Christ sakes please show these champions some love. I'm sure a lot people are tired of seeing the same champs get skins over and over.
