Was playing Katarina just recently and when I tried to shunpo to a plant I got redirected?
(Sorry about the FPS. Normally my frames are really high. Dunno why the recording made it potato.)
Must have had something to do with where you positioned your cursor. You probably positioned it on the top left I assume so it put you on the other side of the obstruction.
Unfortunately, I can't really see where your cursor was. Although, I would say you should have placed it on the right side of the plant and not on the top-left corner, but when you do anything that positions you on (inside) terrain it is hard to explain the consequences.
