Xin Zhao Bugs

I have 450k+ mastery points with xin zhao. He's fun to play and a great character. Nothing much needs to be changed about him just fix him a little. His e doesnt dash sometimes, it will slowly hover you over like you are in a tractor beam sometimes. Also the commando xin zhao skin gets the q stuck on sometimes where the spear will continuously flash red for the rest of the game. There are many more bugs but if you could fix these that would be great.
