I might be wrong but I think riot released a statement a while ago (like 2-3 years ago at least) saying that they weren't going to focus on that because there already exist multiple better sites and thus focus people elsewhere.

Again no Idea if I'm right, but I think I remember seeing this somewhere.

Help and Support is weird. Rioters will look at this page a lot though so best bet for visibility is here.

yeah this is not a bug none of the champion changes have been implemented into the actual stats on the league of legends website since the beginning of the year so any new player that joins will have false statistics from riot but as a company they are fine with this for its been reported over and over with no responses.

Miss Fortunes Q change that happened in January has still not been updated + many others

also it does not go under this board and believe it or not this issue doesn't have a proper board to place it under other than miscellaneous due to the fact their is no board for the actual league of legends website issues.
