[BUG] Relic Shield 0 stacks

This has happened in two games now. My Relic Shield will fully charge but then it shows 0 stacks. It won't execute. I think killing a minion fixes the stack, but then I don't share the gold.

This is a huge problem. I think it happens whenever I use Taric (most recent game). I don't remember who I used the first time it happened.

But please explain this or fix this.

this happened me too on sion recently. the indicator above the health and manabar does not show the progress when its building up from stack 0 to 1.

It is properly charging, it's just not showing the timer so you don't know how close to a charge you are. But yeah, hoping it'll be fixed soon.
