Veigar tooltip bug

Hi, I used to play a lot of Veigar some months back. I went on a League break around preseason (I think), and after I came back recently, I noticed his passive tooltip no longer states how many passive stacks (or AP) he got from each ability.

To explain more clearly, his passive used to have a whole chunk of text where it said:

Baleful Strike: 123 Dark Matter: 231 Event Horizon: 312 Primordial Burst: 213 Takedowns: 321

(Numbers are placeholders of course)

It was an interesting statistic and I don't see any mention of it being removed in the patch notes. Could someone shed some light on this change or confirm that this is a bug?

Riot does small things like this without saying it sometimes. Don't know why they'd remove this, but if it's not there it was probably intentional.
