Skarner E bug.

When you use your E on an enemy and auto attack the enemy right after, it does not proc the stun, there's a delay of about 0.3 seconds where you can't stun the enemy.

Now i don't know if this was intended or not, but it's pretty much the only reason i'm not playing him..
