Every time I choose to play with like Bloodmoon Elise, it keeps switching back to Death Blossom :( and then the same thing happens every time in Team builder as well with ANY champion. The skin select is totally borken.. please fix this.

This is a known issue with how TeamBuilder keeps your previously selected skins.
This will be patched in the future, but for now the workaround is simply:
This will need to be done before each game until the bug is fixed unfortunately, but it should work around the issue in the interim :-)
