[Gameplay] Casting Xin's W while on cooldown will stop his auto attacks

1. Auto attack something.
2. Cast W very fast while on cooldown.

Expected: Xin keeps on auto attacking, since a disabled ability shouldn't interact with the game.

Reality: Xin stops auto attacking. If he stops casting W he will resume auto attacking.
