Tear of the Goddess Bug

Tear of the Goddess doesn't do the clockwise cooldown effect per stack on the portrait of it in your inventory every time. I know it only does it 2 times every 8 seconds (if you're spamming abilities). I had it on Singed in ARAM today and spammed Q and it rarely did the animation. I spammed Q for a good 20 seconds and I saw the mana count go up by hovering over the item with my mouse, but it didn't do the clockwise animation during that time. It's just a small bug but it should be fixed for clarity so I don't have to hover over the item in-game just to see if it's working or not.
