crash before loading on Nexus Blitz [Nexus Blitz] [Crash]

i am attempting repeatedly to connect to my Nexus Blitz game, but it crashes before allowing me to see the loading screen. I'm playing as Rumble (with the 'in the jungle' skin), and my keystone is, speedy gonzalez. Uh. The one that's blue, and it's a feather, and you go fast and you're resistant to not-fast-ness. Whatever. it prompted me to send the developers a crash report but fuck if i know how to do that

edit: it happened again the very next match. i'm probably going to get leaver buster for this now, but how could i have known it would happen again?

update: getting this bug two games in a row marked my account for abandonment and removed my rewards eligibility. If there's anything that a rioter can do to reverse this, i'd really appreciate it, because i was loyally attempting to reconnect for the entirety of both of those games.

UPDATE: once the game ended it finally kicked me in to post-game lobby. My team thought i had afk'd after getting jungle. Furthermore, when i hit "play again", it wouldn't let me queue up, saying the "patcher is not functioning" or something along those lines. I also could not exit the lobby or hit play. it told me to relog, but i'd already done that while trying to reconnect. Idk what's up with that. I'd played three games directly before this one today, all Nexus Blitz.

update 2: i relogged again and it's letting me queue now. I'm in queue, i'll let you know if this next one allows me to connect.

Update 3: Yeah, it happened again the very next match. This time i'm playing lane cait. I played as her, with that setup, just the game before last, and had no problems connecting. Now i can't. Idk what's up, but please fix your game before this bug gets me banned.

I just got leaver buster. This is very upsetting. I've never in my life intentionally abandoned a game, but now i'm not eligible for rewards because of a client bug over the course of TWO games.

update: i just tried a custom summoner's rift game. The same issue has happened. I guess i have to reinstall the whole fucking game now, great.

I'd like to add that i just installed the new patch today, but also that i played multiple games after installing that patch, earlier today, without having this particular loading issue. I think we can all agree that there's no way i could have known that my client would suddenly corrupt WHILE playing, and that it takes more that one game for someone to figure out that the issue is a recurrent one. If there's anything i can be guilty for, it's making the mistake of queuing that second game in Nexus Blitz instead of a custom. Still, i feel like the punishment is a little heavy handed, so i hope to have my penalties removed once a rioter sees this thread. I don't know what else to say, except that i've been playing this game loyally since 2012 without ever receiving any kind of chat restriction or other penalty, and have no history of abandonment or toxicity for any of that period. six years of good behavior should speak for itself, right?

this happened to me too, and I got a 5 game low priority queue ban! I'm trying to enjoy the nexus blitz alpha and I'm getting punished for it.
