@Riot Lost two promos games thx to u

I lost a series because while in champ select my client bugged when an ally was picking and the screen froze at 0 seconds. I win a game and get back in promos and guess what! it happens again :) and now on top of that I have to wait 30 minutes. The sad thing is I know Riot will do nothing to look into this problem. thx riot
