Taric "Freezing Bug"

Was playing a couple of games with Taric over the lat few days and noticed an apparent bug where the the image would temporarily freeze on screen before snapping back into position. AT first i thought that this was a fps or network issue but quickly realized this was not the case as my fps and network connection was not dropping lower than normal when the freezes took place. I then played played a number of different games with different champions and there was no freezing. So far i have played three games of Taric over the last two days that i have noticed this all three games, taking place hours between one another with multiple games between them without incident.

Not sure if other people are experiencing this or if it is isolated to just me but i figured i should report it since it seriously impacts my performance in game and does not seem to be a performance issue on my end.

Edit: Found this thread from four months ago that more accurately describes the bug. Seems like I'm not the only one experiencing it.
