New Champ Select Glitches

The new champ select lagged out during the ban a champion phase except when the ban timer reached zero it didn't queue dodge, instead it just kept us all in the lobby. So after waiting abut 30 seconds it finally allowed me to ban a champion and everything continued as normal. Then summoner 5 on the other team lagged out while banning as well, but I am assuming that his never stopped lagging, because I spent the next 10 minutes in the lobby, and the whole time it said "sumoner 5 banning" but the timer was at zero. The chat was still working because I was talking to the other people the entire time. After a while people started to leave the lobby, however when they left the queue didn't dodge and everyone who didn't leave remained in the lobby, eventually everyone left manually by logging out, however when I logged back in there was no penalty timer. But when I try to play draft pick it makes the lobby but all i see is please wait, and it wont let me close the lobby either, which forced me to log out again. I was in a party of 2 when this happened and we are bothe experiencing the same thing.
