[Gameplay] Illaoi's E doesn't deal the damage it should
If the spirit is low your damage gets reduced.
This is because it has a bugged formula which is: (damage before modifiers * E% <= spirit's current health) * modifiers
what it should be is: damage after modifiers * E% <=spirit's current health
This is pretty big. I tested it with 119% E ratio against a fiddlesticks, and after killing the spirit fiddle remained with 25% hp.
