[Gameplay] Frost Queens Claim Does Not Trigger CD Timer Display to Team

That title is something so allow me to explain further. Either the first item slot o Frost Queen's Claim does not work with the new CTRL+Click to display the timer on said item. I have tried it with other items, abilities, bars, etc, but it seems to not work with Frost Queen's Claim. I have not tried it with any other item in the first item slot.
