Ryze Bot broken again

Was playing against intermediate bots and the system sent Ryze and Nidalee to the bottom lane. I wasn't down there the whole time, but at least eventually, Ryze decided to just stand in the bot lane taking minion damage. He'd launch his Q at champions, but he'd never actually move, even after the fearsome tide of minions swelled around him, pummeling him to pieces with their wands and pokey sticks.
