Nerf or Bug

ok so after patch 5.15 after the Nidalee nerf a bit, I haven't play Nidalee since, now after a while I decide to play Nidalee, I mean Nidalee still the Sexy Pole dancer to me, and no matter how bad she become since patch (4.10) I will always love her. I can clearly remember the day when i 2 shot people with one item, "ahhh those day, we have a good time, right Nid?" its was amusing, when that spear lane, everybody laugh and get excited, its was humorous. still remember when watching a LCS game play, when that sphere lane everybody was like. "OHHHHHHHHHHH" , " WoooooooooooooooooW " its create excitement and humor into the game, heart beating as the game goes on. But of course riot don't give a S@@@, " we' re serious gamer we don't need those crap , get to the ground B@@@@!!!".

anyway back to the topic of the bug or nerf, at patch (5.16) I decided to play Nidalee. I log onto my account, go to a normal match. (will never ever rank with her) play her as a support role, since I wont have any damage anyway, and the moment I jump in I die, so lane with Nidalee now is like giving your opponent free LP. ok so I put down my Bushwhack for the enemy jungler, than I realize something is very odd with her bushwhack, I've play Nidalee a lot, so I can tell Right off the bat that the vi-sion been largely Reduce when place a Bushwack, farther more at some point of the bush when placed, you wouldn't get any vi-sion of those area either. but when place at a clear area when no bush or wall to interrupted, the vi-sion that is shown is only as big as a "Ravenous Hydra active passive"or even smaller. when walk up to a dragon pit and try to scotch for an enemy, if Bushwack place from outer wall at the edge or even at dragon its wont reveal the enemy or even dragon.

is that a bug or Nerf? !!!
