Can't pick chroma packs in new champ select!

Am I just missing them somewhere or are we unable to pick chroma packs in the new champ select? I can't find it anywhere.

This is one of several known issues that we're looking to resolve in the next couple of patches. Riot Lyte noted this specific one should be resolved in 6.2.

I can't use chroma either. My wallet is sad now :(
