possible gameplay bug with vlad

I am getting enormously high ping (around 1.5k) recently whenever I play vlad. My internet connection is fine and I am living in the uk so it shouldnt get too bad anyway. I have played vlad twice in the past 2 days and both times I have gotten over 1k ping. Then i played with shen twice (1 in bots and 1 in drafts) and both times my ping was back the normal 30ish. I want to test if it is vlad (in some games by myself) and I will edit my post and make sure it is vlad that poses a problem or not
