[GAMEPLAY] Tooltip for Gold Income Items

When you purchase a Gold item (specifically Relic Shield, not sure if true for other items), the tooltip above the abilities still states you need 650 gold to complete the mission. The tooltip that displays when you hover over the item itself is correct.
