Can't launch league

Basically I tried to launch league again after closing it and I got a popup saying, "league has reverted to a previous version" and it's stuck at 0% (This is the new league client btw) I really need some help!

Also currently experiencing this bug. Attempted to restart client due to sudden in game lag and was suddenly unable to launch the client. Experiencing the same results as OP.
