This is a known bug and will be fixed over the next couple patches. Check out these threads for some things they are working on; http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report/HpUTbovb-known-issues-with-new-champ-select

Patch notes for 6.3 should be out soon (maintenance already announced), so check the bug fixes section when it is.
