Couldn't pick a champion

I was in champion select just now and I couldn't pick a champion. I was last pick so I was setting up some masteries while I was waiting, but I doubt that has anything to do with it. Then when it was my turn, I heart the sound sort of announcing it's your turn to pick, but I couldn't actually select anything. Also, the timer was actually running down on the other side as if it wasn't my turn to pick yet, but when it ran out, I was kicked out of champ select. Since I had to dodge earlier today because something came up, I lost 10 LP and now I have to wait 30 minutes. It's not really a huge deal, but still pretty retarded, since it's not my fault.
