Connected to "ghost game"

About two hours ago, I started a duo q ranked game with my friend. Around like 6 minutes into the game, we both dc'd at the same time. We both had the option to Reconnect but we both received the same error:" Unable to connect to server. If you have a firewall it may be blocking blablabla..." I highly doubt it had anything to do with the connection on my part, since I got disconnected at the exact same time as my friend. Also, none of my friends were able to spectate my game, as if the game didn't exist. The problem is that I started that game nearly two hours ago, but I still keep getting the Reconnect button. I don't think the game is still ongoing, but I'm unable to start any new games.
