Champion Portraits Are Turquoise Squares on Web Match History

As you can see using the link above, Wukong's portrait shows up as a turquoise square instead of showing his regular champion portrait. So far, he's the only one I've noticed it on, and I've seen it twice. Has anyone seen any other times this has happened with different champions?
