Qiyana ult bugs with attached video footage

So this was whack man. At first I was just ticked off that the second part of her ult stunned me even though I parried the first part, although I don't think that's a bug (as much as I think it should be).

What IS indisputably a bug is the fact the Qiyana ignited me while stunned... both of us are just sitting there not moving and then I catch on fire. Just think if I hadn't AA that minion I could've got her.

Second video is of me Qing while stunned be her ult.

Before you say "you started Qing before the stun hit you" No, no I didn't, I paused the video and you can clearly see that I'm stunned and there's no -40 mana message. Then I take a step forward of just walking while stunned and then proceed to Q while still stunned. I pause the video again so you can see my mana cost. the ult stun and the projectile you parried are separate parts. Your parry was over before the shockwave started. Seems the stun might be very slightly delayed after the damage if youre not hit by the projectile itself.

You can use summoner spells through all CC except suppress and silence. And you did start using q as you are stunned, there is a short delay between pressing Q and actually lunging. However, there is a bug with Qiyana's ult and Fiora that I experienced. I didn't block the shockwave, and I saw the stunned effect appear above my name, then I started my w and neither the Qiyana nor I got stunned.
