i chose kin in one game but the enemy champ icons still are active in another game weird and im rengar at that moment

Rengar has that hud part too. It shows who all you still need to kill for your passive.

Read Rengar's passive. It has to deal with that. You'll notice that HUD behaves far differently than Kindred's.
