Anyone else having issues with Blood Moon?

I've experienced lag issues in Blood Moon with 30 MS. Played an ARAM and Normal right after, 30 MS, no lag.

Also got locked out of a game. The client told me that I left the game, but that's not true. (I DID Lock in my choice)

Haven't had much luck with this particular game mode.
