odd game crash effects

was in ranked and as soon as the other team won the game froze, so I ult tab out as the game is over and got a "we sent a bug report" followed by "if you lave now you will incur time penalty" and so on then hit the skip waiting for stats, after i entered que for a rank again and while I was in the champion select I hear the ingame music and see the other window is still open, so I clicked it and the game was still on showing the inhib right after blowing up but before defeat. so I click esc and leave the game, but when the other window (the champion select) it showed the you left a game and couldn't do nothing, ended up getting auto dodged because I couldn't pick a champion as I was stuck in the other screen
