"unknown DirectX error" and ping issues have increased A LOT ever since the update...

Nothing have changed on my end, pc the same, internet and ping working as intended yet ever since the update the game has been unplayable.

I'm not exaggerating when i say that everyday i have to face the "unknown DirectX issue" where out of the blue (no teamfight or any kind of VFX clutter happening) the ping goes all over the place only to settle on 500 and boom, i'm attempting to disconnect despite my internet working totally fine. (even tried opening youtube the moment i disconnnected to play a vid and had no problems what so ever).

And when i try to reconnect the same message pops up. I try to re-log in and it fails to connect me to the servers as if i'm not connected to the internet, but i am... and even rarely when i manage somehow to reconnect i end up with either a loading screen with my champion missing or one where, every time, i get stuck at 60% loading into the game. Again, things are totally fine on my end as shown by the little circle loading just fine at the bottom corner.

And i'm not the only one. On games where i don't fully disconnect but only have lag spies (which is unfortunate to say that it has become the norm) there has to be someone else experiencing lags and disconnections, and the rate of disconnections happening has drastically increased ever since the update.

I've come down to 2 conclusions:

1. either the servers have been flubbernucked ever since the update became live, or
2. you no longer support low-end pcs (judging by the error saying that i might not have the latest videocard from the manufacturer)

Here's the thing, i don't own a 1000$ gaming pc with the fastet eithernet to ever exist, i simply don't have the budget for it. I run the game on an ok laptop on the lowest settings. But if the game no longer supports that and resulting in disconnections, lags and an eventual ban for "going afk" despite not having control over the matter then please tell.

I don't want to loose my account due to an unsolvable issue. Please be straight forward with us, does the game support low-end pcs anymore or not?
