Didn't Riot say that they were fixing the alt tab bug with extra mouse buttons this patch?

Why the hell is this game ruining bug still in? It's been like two months of constant throws and free deaths because of this stupid shit. This isn't a low playrate champion like Warwick, which is bad enough. This isn't a bugged out legendary that is borderline false advertising because all the new legendaries have horrible bugs that should make them free, which is bad enough. This is a gameplay bug that happens EVERY GAME ON EVERY CHAMPION. Why the hell is it not patched yet?
