Red buff on Ap champs doesn't work on turrets

I was playing Ivern today and noticed that when I was hitting a turret with red buff, because my autos to turret do only magic damage, they didn't apply red buff to tower. It wasn't super impactful thankfully, but I feel it is something that should be fixed.
