small bug with sion

If you have sword of the occult (and I assume the same thing happens with soulstealer) on Sion and you die, you lose the normal half of your stacks but as soon as your passive expires, you lose another half of your stacks. I know this doesn't happen often, but it's a bug so it should probably be fixed.
