Impossible to find 125RP Keys in the store?

the only way to find the keys buy themselves is to go into your hextech menu and click the chest with a plus on its left side. it will be under the PLAY button.
Go to the Hextech Crafting section.
Click the +Chest icon on the top bar.
The opens the Hextect Crafting Store.
