Replays only play Taliyah's dialog

Okay, I'm linking to a YouTube Masters replay, but I was able to confirm the behavior using one of my recent replays where I got Taliyah in ARAM. This has been going on for a couple patches now. If there is a Taliyah in the game, on either team, that is the ONLY dialog you will hear in the replay. You'll hear some of the small lines and sound effects other champions (i.e. the one you're actually following) make when they use their abilities, but the actual lines are all Taliyah, regardless of where she is on the map, which side she's on, etc. And it's only some of their dialog--in my replay I locked onto Dr. Mundo and watched him throw his cleaver multiple times without making a sound. This is honestly REALLY annoying. Part of why I like the champs I play and watch is their dialog. The only reason I didn't post before is that the game was about to flip to a new patch, and I wanted to confirm it was still happening. It is. Please someone fix this.
