There was an Issue Locking in Your Champion

I just received this message. I was returned to the lobby with a 15:00 dodge timer.

I pressed "Lock In" and the button was then grayed out as though I selected it, but that message came up after the time hit 0:00. What? lol

I guess locking in is illegal ):

I just got it in ranked lol, and it wasn't even at 0, the lock in was just delayed as if i had like 700 ms, which I didn't. Stupid bug was 100% riot's fault.
