[GAMEPLAY] - You lose 1 stack of Dragon when you die and the rest of your team has the full 5 stacks

Happened to my Veigar and Blitzcrank in the same ranked game.

Steps

1. Get 4 stacks of dragon without letting the enemy get any
2. While killing the fifth dragon. let one of your teammates die. Kill dragon before the teammate respawns. That teammate should have 4 stacks (That happened to Veigar)
3. Let another teammate die. If he respawns, he should also be at 4 stacks.
